Episodes in which Beaver is mentioned
“Long Distance Call” – This is the one episode that was left out of the book. Beaver is mentioned in the local newspaper when he and his friends Gilbert and Alan called and spoke with pitcher Don Drysdale of the Los Angeles Dodgers. If not for his friend whose father worked for the newspaper, Beaver may have got away with making the long distance call. But after seeing the story in the paper, Ward has something to say to Beaver.
